1. Introduction 

This document sets out the Terms and Conditions you need to be aware of when purchasing, or agreeing to partake in our services (if gifted to you in gratis). Pl ease take a moment to read it carefully as it sets out your important rights and obligations, making sure we both know where we stand. When you use our services, you agree that you are over the age of 18 and willing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you don’t accept this agreement, you should notify us immediately so we can discuss your concerns. 
 

2. Disclaimer 

This disclaimer relates to all of our products and services.

 

Our programs are designed to support female leaders, conscious entrepreneurs and anyone who considers themselves a writer, and/or ready to share their message, mission, vision and stories with the world through publishing their works. Our frameworks are based upon decades of experience in the publishing/marketing industry, as well as training within the intuitive and quantum sciences and publishing industries, accumulated also with the deep and profound life experiences that have led our Founder to a space of holding space for transformational healing that occurs in her care and service. 

 

We create programs that are designed to activate a woman’s innate nature, and intuitive and spiritual intelligence in order to deepen their connection and relationship to themselves, and those around them, through metaphysical and physical practices, whilst also supporting the actualisation of tangible products through publishing books.

3. Responsibilities 

The advice and information offered in our work is based exclusively on our impressions and experiences. Results are not guaranteed and are based upon the input from the student/client. 
 

4. Limitation of Liability 

You agree to indemnify us (hold us blameless) for any injury or illness that you might sue or any damage or loss that might occur while we are working together. If you have any doubts at all about any issue that might arise, you agree that you will conduct your own research and make your own fully informed decision about what is best for you. 

In no event shall we be liable to you for costs, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or related to this Agreement or the services provided in relation to it. If this clause is unenforceable for any reason, our total cumulative liability for all causes of action of any kind shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us for our services. 

Any testimonials and promised results that may have influenced you in making this purchase are based on our experience and those of our previous clients. There are no guarantees that anyone else will achieve the same results. 
 

5. Intellectual Property 

The materials and resources that we provide to you are protected by copyright. They are for your personal use only and may not be copied or shared in any way without our written consent. 
 

6. Confidentiality

Your personal information will be stored securely and kept completely confidential. It will not be shared with anyone. For more information please see our Privacy Policy. 
 

7. Terms of Payment 

Forms of Payment 

All services are to be paid for upfront or according to our payment plans. No work will be undertaken without prior payment. Credit cards, and Paypal accepted. 

Currency 

All prices are in USD. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are exclusive of tax.

Security Policy 

Online payments are accepted using Stripe/PayPal and via other subscription services. A record of customer credit card details may be captured and stored in Stripe/PayPal. 
 

8. Delivery of Services 

Delivery 

Most services are delivered to clients online, using Zoom, or via our online portal. Please download zoom video conferencing platform prior to any scheduled calls.

Rescheduling and cancellations 

Most programs will be delivered via an online portal, or live calls/training. If you are unable to attend scheduled calls, these will be available via replay and accessible in the portal or FB group. 

 

9. Refund Policy 

After receiving a service, you are no longer entitled to a refund. If you change your mind part way through a package, please contact us on georgie@mosaic-media.co to discuss whatever challenges you are having, and we will attempt to negotiate a win/win solution. 

Publishing Packages

Are subject to separate agreements to be signed by both parties.

Courses and programs

Once purchased, there are no refunds available for courses or programs. 

 

In-person events, workshops and retreats

Upon final payment, there are no refunds available for in-person events, workshops or retreats. Should there be extenuating circumstances beyond your control, please contact us on georgie@mosaic-media.co to discuss how we may be able to serve you in another way. 

Force majeure 

In the event that the event is canceled due to an event outside of our reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government action/interference, national emergencies) then any monies paid will be refunded, less any event charges or payment processing fees. 

 

10. Consumer Guarantees 

In the event of a problem occurring, we will work with you to provide a solution within 7 days of you notifying us of the problem. In the case of a major problem you can book a free 15-minute consultation with us to discuss the diculties/issues and to work out a solution. 
 

11. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution 

If you have any issue or complaint arising out of your purchase, we agree to make a genuine effort to sort a win/win solution and resolve the dispute through negotiation and discussion. 

If we are unable to resolve a dispute by negotiation and discussion within 14 days, we agree to proceed to mediation with the assistance of an accredited mediator. It is a condition precedent to the right of either party to commence litigation other than for interlocutory relief that it has first offered to submit the dispute to mediation. Litigation is to be considered a last resort and may not be commenced until, in the opinion of the independent mediator, the potential for negotiation and mediation have been exhausted.
